CNC Parts | CNC Turned Parts

Apex Machine Products manufactures CNC turned parts from bar stock in diameters from 1/4" to 2-9/16".  In addition, our CNC's have a 6" diameter CNC chucking capacity and are tailstock and bar feed equipped.

We program our CNC's in-house and off-line to maximize machine productivity and shop floor efficiency.  We utilize the knowledge and experience of our highly skilled machinists to develop the most efficient and productive programs without the use of canned cycles.  Without using canned cycles we are able to minimize non-cutting time and maximize tool-in-the-cut time.

Alloy CNC turned parts. The front left & right parts are both made from drill rod, heat-treated & ground. The black oxided part is alloy, heat-treated, & ground. The screw is made from stressproof steel.
Aluminum CNC turned parts. All 3 items are made from 2011 or 2024 aluminum. The center and right items are SAE ports.
Steel CNC turned parts. Front left part is made from stressproof steel. The center item is 2-1/4" hexagon. The item 2nd from the right is alloy steel, heat-treated, and ground.
Brass screw machine products. Front center item is made from bronze. All other items are made from CA360 FM brass. Rear center part has 2" diameter, lower left has a 1/4" diameter. Upper right part has square broached through hole.
Aluminum CNC turned parts. Center parts are made of 6061 others are made of 2011 aluminum. Top part is over 4-1/2" in diameter. Item on right has a 2" flange diameter.
CNC screw machine products. Item in upper left is alloy steel with a coarse knurl & ground OD. Center right double threaded stud is made of stressproof. Left hand item has a stem of approximately 1/4" diameter by 2-1/2" long.
Steel adapter which is 2-1/2" long by 1-1/4" round. Part has an ID 1/2" NPT with a thru-hole to a 15/16" round by 1" deep counter bore at the opposite end . The counter bore is also cross-drilled.
Brass CNC turned parts. All items are made from CA360 FM brass. Item at left is 3" in diameter and the item at right is 2-1/2" in diameter. The item at the top is a SAE port.
