Whether made from steel, aluminum, or brass bushings and spacers are quintessential Brown & Sharpe screw machine parts.

Bushings and spacers can go by a variety of names and can have various features.  They can be called adapters, bosses, sleeves, standoffs or washers to name a few.  They can be in metric or inch measurements.  They can also have flanges or be tapped, and they can be ground, heat-treated and plated.    

Whatever the name or included features we can manufacture these staple Brown & Sharpe screw machine products from 3/32" to 1-5/8" in diameter in a variety of materials including:

Aluminum spacers & steel spacers. The steel piece with the cross-holes is 7/16" round by 5/16" long. The aluminum spacer in the upper right is 3/4" round by 3/8" long. The 3/4" round penny is for size reference.
Small spacers made from brass, steel, aluminum, and delrin. The upper left brass spacer is .240" round by .240" round. The angled steel bushing in the upper right is .350" round at the large end and is .100" long. This steel bushing also has a flat bottom counter bore with a smaller thru hole.
Brass spacers & steel spacers. The steel item in the lower left is .330" long and has (2) equally long .285" diameters on either side of the .675" diameter. The penny (3/4" round) is for size reference.
Brass spacers & steel spacers. Lower left spacer has an OD straight knurl. The bottom spacers are both 1-1/4" round by .080" tall. The upper right zinc plated steel flanged bushing is 2-3/8" round by 1/2" tall. The ID of the top brass spacer is equally tapered from both ends to the center.
Steel bushings. The upper left tapped bushing is 1-3/8" round by 3/4" long. The lower right metric tapped bushing is 1" round by 9/16" long. The flange diameter of the bushing in the upper right is 1-9/16" and it is is 1-3/8" long.
Delron & nylon spacers, square tapped steel spacer, and crowned brass spacer. The nylon spacer in the upper right is .755" round by .755" long. The square steel tapped bushing at the top is 1" square by 3/4" long. The penny (3/4" round) is included for size reference.
